I design so the complex feels simple and the technical, human.

Hi, I'm Isis. I've led user research and experience design to understand how people interact with complexity, and make it simple.

Research that drives decisions, not decks

I run discovery, interviews, and usability testing not to document findings, but to resolve design decisions. Every research round has a hypothesis and a measurable output.

Systems thinking at government scale

From design tokens to content guidelines, I've built systems used by 5 product teams across a platform that moves billions in public procurement. Design that scales without losing coherence.

End-to-end ownership, from brief to launch

I've led products from the first research session to post-launch iteration, including A/B testing in production, stakeholder alignment, and real-world validation with heatmaps and exit surveys.

Recent work

Born between the simple and the alive.

I grew up close to nature, to what doesn't need explanation to work. The simple always felt like enough, and enough always felt beautiful.

I came to technology from there. With the same question I asked myself as a child watching things grow: what is this really for? Whose life does it make lighter?

I design because I believe the digital can also be honest. That a well-thought service can feel as natural as something that was always there.
